'We have come to Portholland for our family holiday for many years as we love this beautiful and unspoilt part of Cornwall. Middle Cottage is an idyll. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and very well run. Lovely to have beautiful pictures and pretty pottery. The sun pours into the cottage in the afternoon and, despite being so close to the beach, the road is very quiet. We love the beach with its spectacular views in both directions.'

  • Three bedrooms – two doubles, one twin with push under second bed, one cot.

  • Duvets and pillows provided. Guests are asked to bring bed linen and towels.

  • Bathroom – wc, bath with shower over, hand basin

  • Open plan living area with dining table, sofas and well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hob) Wood burning stove in lounge area, central heating throughout

  • Snug with sofa, TV and DVD player

  • Rear hall

  • Rear yard with wood store, outside toilet with hand basin, herb planters

  • Front garden with fruit trees and small stone patio area. NB Unguarded access to stream please take care with childreny.

  •  WiFi and limited mobile reception (landline for incoming calls and emergencies).
