• Open plan living area with dining table, sofas, DVD player (no TV) and well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, electric oven and gas hob)

• Front porch/utility area with washing machine

• Rear porch/pantry

• Wood burning stove in lounge area, central heating throughout

• Garden with patio for alfresco dining

• WiFi and limited mobile reception (landline for incoming calls and emergencies).
